Nataša Jovanović joined our lab in September 2023 as a visiting scientist, as part of an exchange for the last year of her PhD studies. She started her PhD at the Charles University in Prague in the lab of Rotislav Tureček. Her project aims at understanding the changes in neuronal activity in the auditory system of mice with tinnitus. In our lab, she will explore this further using cochlear implant and electrphysiology. Nataša is bringing her expertise in models of tinnitus and 2P imaging, and will extend the branch of our lab related to cochlear implants.
