It is champagne time! Charlotte’s third paper, titled “The perception of ramped pulse shapes in cochlear implant users”, has been accepted for publication at Trends in Hearing. Charlotte managed to create an excellent collaboration between 3 labs: David Landsberg’s lab in New York, Jeremy Marozeau’s lab in Denmark and our lab in Basel to make the link between human and animal studies. She performed similar experiments in cochlear implant users after having tested the protocols in mouse model’s of cochlear implants. Well done Charlotte!
